Land Sale Completes in Newbury Image

Acting on behalf of Greenham Common Trust, Richardson Commercial has concluded the sale of 20 acres at Greenham Business Park to Copart, a US car auctioneer.
The land which has been purchased on a long lease recently gained planning for anew 30,000 sq ft industrial unit and 15 acres of open storage.
