Major Investment Requirement
Richardson Commercial have been retained by Corporate Cilents to acquire up to £15mn of commercial and residential property.
Paul Enters, who is handling the instruction said "this client has substantial funds to invest and has tasked me with committing £6mn this year alone.
I shall be seeking good quality multi let and mixed use investments for the short and medium term. Properties with development potential will also be of interest throughout central Southern England"
