Major new Instruction

Richardson Commercial has been appointed by ING Real Estate to act jointly with Jones Lang LaSalle on it's Transigo scheme at Colthrop near Thatcham.

Transigo provides over 100,000 sq ft of superb high bay warehousing and distribution accommodation and already boasts several occupiers.

Paul Richardson commented " this is another major instruction for the practice and one which we are proud to be involved with.
